UPRIGHT MONUMENTS are the most common style of marker, and the type which lends itself most to stylization. Monuments consist of one or more vertical dies (pieces) 6 to 8 inches thick standing on a base of equal thickness. An unlimited number of shapes, finishes, and textures can make these highly expressive and personal.
FLUSH or FLAT markers are made from bronze or granite. They are set even with the ground and are most visible when you are standing directly above them.
BEVEL MARKERS are above ground, single piece markers, rectangular in appearance with an acute or slight angle to the face.
SLANT MARKERS are by far the most popular single piece above ground markers. More upright in their appearance, they have have a much greater angle to their face than the bevel. Slants can also have a matching base.

BENCHES do a double duty - they provide a surface for memorial engraving and a place to sit, reflect, and pay respects. They have become very popular (as well as imaginative) in recent years.
Please see examples of our work below.
(We have many more examples to show at our offices.)
BOULDERS are also becoming more popular. This could possibly be because of their sturdy, rocky character that can be contrasted to either a flat polished or unpolished surface. They also serve a mounted plaque installation well.
We serve Racine, Kenosha, Waukegan, Zion, Gurnee, Libertyville, North Chicago and surrounding areas.
